Staff Attitude Coaching
We want to motivate your staff! It's not only your receptionist who makes an impression on clients, others in the office can let the team down if they don't answer the phone appropriately and make clients feel welcome.
In our attitude coaching we help people to recognize the way they are perceived by others. We discuss communication with both clients and colleagues, terminology, presentation, behaviour, manners, respect and the difference between having an 'attitude' and have a good attitude.
