Cancellation Policy

  • Registration transferable within the company or group of original booking
  • Cancellations at least five (5) business days prior to seminar refunded in full
  • Cancellations less than five (5) business days prior to seminar receive 70% refund
  • Cancellations less than two (2) business days prior to seminar receive 50% refund
  • Cancellations on the day of the seminar, or non-attendance without notification, forfeit full fee
