What is an Ellipsis ... ?
The answer is in the question!
It's the dots.
A printed mark, usually three dots (...), or, less often,
asterisks (***), used to indicate that something has been omitted from
a text |
|
If it's short for 'it is', use an apostrophe -
if not don't!
Examples:
The dog wagged
its tail.
It's very interesting to read about this.

We have now developed online Webinars so that receptionists anywhere in Australia, and world-wide, can benefit from our motivation and information.
They're
one hour in length and all you need is a quiet location, computer and
headset or speakers - microphone and webcam not required. You will
be able to see me, but we won't see you.
The
topics of the Webinars are Communication, Impressions, Clients and
Callers, Time Management and Difficult People. We also have one
for the whole office team.
We
will continue to hold seminars in major cities. You may like to
join some webinars and attend a seminar and lunch later.
Our aim is to help you in your challenging positions, so come along to a seminar or join a webinar soon.

Upcoming Seminars
