Welcome to Reception Plus News!
Reception Plus
says it all. Our aim is to encourage you to become
excited about what you do. Every day you have the
opportunity to lift people's spirits or to dash them. Give good
reception, plus that little extra, to make clients feel welcome and
give an excellent impression.

How's Your Attitude?
A consistently good attitude increases our credibility, and acceptance by others.
People tend to reject others with a negative, pessimistic attitude. If you don't like the way people treat you, or respond to you, you may need to change your attitude. | |

Swine Flu
Let's
not be alarmed, but we can be
careful to help prevent the spread of this disease:-
1) Use a tissue every time you sneeze or cough, not your hand, or you will spread germs to everything you touch
2)
Wash your hands often, or use antiseptic cream or wipes, (we
should all do this regularly, regardless of the flu threat)
3) Stay away from people who are not well and coughing
4) Stay home if you're not well and coughing |
