Cancellation Policy
- Registration is transferable within the company or group of the original booking
- Cancellations made up to five (5) working days prior to the seminar will be refunded in full
- Cancellations 3 to 5 business days prior to the seminar will receive a 70% refund. If the applicant, or a substitute from the same company, registers for a future seminar (within 12 months) the 30% will be credited
- Cancellations of 2 days or less notice will forfeit the 30%
- Non-attendance without notification will forfeit the full fee
