The owner of Reception Plus, and our presenter, Pamela Helps, is a vibrant, inspiring speaker. Through her personality, warmth and experience she encourages receptionists to seek self-achievement and consistently aim for high standards.
Pamela has an infectious enthusiasm for excellent reception. She received accolades as a receptionist, secretary and personal assistant in Adelaide, Chicago, Cairns, London, and at the United Nations in New York, prior to managing her own businesses.
Pamela holds a Diploma of Business Administration and Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment. She is a member of the United Nations Association of Australia, Australian Institute of Office Professionals and Business & Professional Women Australia. In her spare time she is a cyclist, bushwalker and pistol shooter, and volunteers with Meals on Wheels.
